Welcome to The Builders´ Exchange Association of Virginia Builders Bulletin Online. Use of this electronic news service constitutes agreement to abide by the rules and regulations of the system, as transmitted by the Webmaster under direction of the Board of Directors, including acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

All members and electronic subscribers are granted authorization to access the Builders Bulletin Online for the sole use and benefit of the member firm and its employees or the electronic subscriber company and its employees only; any information shared, distributed or sold to another company or individual outside the member firm or electronic subscriber company is strictly prohibited.

The Builders Bulletin Online contains information about plans, bidders and other matters that may be of interest to its members and electronic subscribers of The Builders´ Exchange Association. Information reported in the project files is based on a review of the specifications; no plans have been reviewed. Efforts have been made to assure the accuracy of the information reported; however, the Exchange offers no warranty, expressed or implied, that any of the reported information is accurate. The Best source of information for project files are the actual plans and specifications on display in the Exchange´ s Plans Room.

The Builders´ Exchange expressly disclaims all warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, in connection with the use or operation of its Builders Bulletin Online.

The Builders´ Exchange will not be liable for any losses, including lost data, information, profits or any other incidents of consequential damages that may be sustained or arise out of the use, operation or ability to use or operate our Builders Bulletin Online. In consideration for the privilege of using the Builders Bulletin Online, users hereby release the Association, its officers, employees, and Webmaster from any and all claims arising from the use of this system.

The information on the Builders Bulletin Online is provided for the use of The Builders´ Exchange Association of Virginia members and electronic subscribers, replication is prohibited. Also, this service provides links to other establishments; however, the Exchange does not endorse the contents or cannot guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of any information created by them. The links are provided only as a courtesy for members and electronic subscribers.

The Builders´ Exchange reserves the right to control or limit access to the Builders Bulletin Online. Access may be denied at any time for any reason. Access will be denied to any individual or company who makes use of the Builders Bulletin Online for improper purposes. Access will be denied to anyone who uses obscene, abrasive or otherwise questionable language on this system.

The Builders´ Exchange reserves the right to monitor all information stored in any files, programs or messages as well as the right to delete or edit any file, program or message that contains, in the sole discretion of the Association, any obscene, abrasive or otherwise objectionable language or material.

The United States Copyright Laws prohibit the distribution or copying of copyright materials without proper authorization. The Builders´ Exchange will not tolerate any use of the Builders Bulletin Online which in anyway violates the United States Copyright Laws. Users must report to the Exchange Webmaster any use of the Builders Bulletin Online which may amount to a copyright infringement. If in its sole discretion, the Exchange determines that any information has been loaded on the Builders Bulletin Online in violation of the Copyright Laws, the Exchange will delete that information. Any user who, without authorization, loads copyrighted information on the Builders Bulletin Online shall indemnify and hold harmless the Association from any and all resulting claims and liability.
