Virtual Plans Room - Our electronic plans room allows members to "visit" the plans room from any location in or out of their office! View construction news via our website on all projects 24 hours a day.  Also, view the Summary of Projects with "links" to view individual Project Details, Bidders' List, Specifications, Addenda and Drawings.

Construction Bulletin - This weekly publication provides a comprehensive listing of construction projects with details for commercial, industrial and institutional bidding activities in the private and governmental sectors throughout Virginia and bordering states. It includes a section for low bidders and contract awards. Our bulletin is distributed to a number of design firms, contractors, sub-contractors, manufacturers' representatives, and government contracting and purchasing offices and offers advertising opportunities for your firm.

FaxNow! - A 24-hour, computerized facsimile service featuring daily summaries and updated project detail sheets of construction project bidding opportunities in the private, federal, state and local government sectors.

Plans Room - A library of plans and specifications of private, state, VDOT, local and federal government construction and procurement projects. Private and public telephones are available.  Also, our WiFi plans room has a variety of construction related reference materials. Plans and specifications may be checked-out in the evenings and on the weekends by reservation.

Facsimile Services - Are available for members to send and receive information.

Membership Directory & Buyers Guide - A listing of all members of the Exchange and their perspective trades are located on this website with links to their website or email. Please refer to the Contacts Section on the menu.

Social Activities - A series of regularly scheduled social events open to member companies and their employees and guest. These functions provide an excellent opportunity to meet others in Virginia's construction industry. An Annual Jamboree and Golf Tournament is held in the Fall.  An Annual Membership Meeting is held in February and an Annual Membership Appreciation Day is held in May.
